Residents
We accept both online and offline forms of payment. When paying online, create an account in our Resident Portal and add a method of payment. We accept credit, debit, and ACH. Paying online allows for convenient and quick payments.
For those who would like to pay offline, we accept checks and money orders.
We are a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome. There is a maximum of two pets per home. An additional charge of $35/mo/pet will be added to your monthly bill. We have breed restrictions which include:

- Rottweiler
- Presa Canarios
- Akita
- Alaskan Malamute
- Wolf-Hybrid

Yes, we love to host. Please contact the Leasing Center for rates and availability.
Log in to our Resident Portal to file a maintenance request. On the left-hand side, there is a button labeled ‘submit a work order’. From there, you can submit all the details to your work order including urgency and when the team can visit.
Please call the leasing center using the phone number on our website. When connected, you will have the option to be routed to our after-hours maintenance emergency hotline.
All residents are assigned a parking spot within our gated garage. Additional spots are available for lease. Residents also have the option to leave their car with our private, complimentary valet.
Neighborhood
Living at Arrive West LA means you’re just a quick 10-minute drive from the shores of Santa Monica Beach and the famous Santa Monica Pier. Venice Beach is equally accessible, located approximately 4 miles from our community. Residents can easily bike to the beach using dedicated bike lanes on Olympic Boulevard or take advantage of frequent bus service on Santa Monica Boulevard.
West LA boasts an incredible dining scene, with options ranging from casual eateries to high-end restaurants. Local favorites include the renowned Tatsu Ramen for modern Japanese cuisine and Plan Check Kitchen + Bar for innovative American fare. The nearby Sawtelle Boulevard, often called “Little Osaka,” offers one of LA’s most concentrated collections of authentic Asian restaurants and dessert spots.
Parking at Arrive West LA is a breeze with our dedicated resident parking structure, eliminating the typical stress of city parking. Street parking in the neighborhood is well-regulated with a mix of permitted and metered options, making it convenient for visitors. Residents can obtain neighborhood parking permits through the LA Department of Transportation, though our community’s ample parking means you’ll rarely need to park on the street.
West LA’s strategic location offers multiple commute options to help residents navigate peak traffic times. Our community’s proximity to major arteries like Santa Monica Boulevard, Olympic Boulevard, and the 405 Freeway provides various alternate routes.
The commute from Arrive West LA to Downtown typically takes 30-45 minutes during peak hours, with access to multiple route options including the 10 Freeway and Olympic Boulevard. Public transportation offers a stress-free alternative, with the Metro Expo Line providing direct service to Downtown LA in approximately 45 minutes. For those seeking eco-friendly options, the dedicated bike lanes on Santa Monica Boulevard connect to Downtown through a network of cyclist-friendly streets.
