"The staff and maintenance are very nice and very responsive. They have been that way since I made the first phone call to inquire about the apartment. Location is convenient and I feel safe here. There's a nice courtyard. Everything you could possibly need is in walking distance though. So if modern, clean, safe, convenient, and reasonably priced with a helpful staff is what you're looking for, come give it a look."
